Flat is nicer than the pictures. Very clean! Flat is very close to two large grocery stores as well as a tube station. Located on a quiet street. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and colleagues visiting the London area.

Great location. Close to transport, grocery, and a short walk to nice restaurants and pubs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic week at David’s place. Great location, close to restaurants, underground, park and grocery stores. Comfortable bed and spotless. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in London. Host was extremely response, as was very helpful on-site management team. Thanks, David!

Unfortunately we checked out within an hour of checking in. The place is much smaller than anticipated. Since we arrived at 9am, it was unfortunate we could not check earlier, they did have it ready by 1:30 pm. Our unit did not have 2 windows with drapery as in the pic. It was very small had a window open over at roof at the window level. This did not make my wife feel very safe. That combined with the small size made us check out immediately. Unfortunately we were past the time for any refund. David has not even bothered to respond to my issues or that I was checking out so I guess we just lost $2500. I asked if he would be willing to voluntarily give any portion of the refund but he has not even responded. Just an unfortunate but learning experience for me. Since I am use to more room we checked into a Hilton suite.
