This is a gem of a place. The area was mature and established. Which made for a great stay. Right off the highway and you are located minutes from everything. despite other reviews saying neighborhood felt run down-So not the case. The area is a typical mature Wichita area. Police located up the street - Super safe. As for the highway noise- Never noticed once inside. They even came to the property to clear paths and put ice melt down. each time there was an article freeze. They even sent maintenance to check furnace to ensure there was going to be heat during the freeze as well. Yes it is an older home and with those you get a more homey feel. Where you can truly relax and feel at ease any not worry about breaking anything. Furnished properly and clean. Over the Host was awesome and respectful. Frances and Taylo as host - Grade A+ Easy check and check out. Thanks 🙏👍 so much for the home-felt stay. and awesome neighbors who were respected and quiet. 😊
