Benny was a great host and it was a nice stay while working on a project in Brooklyn.

Absolute disaster! 1. Host never greeted us (per instructions he was supposed to). He never responded my Texts or calls for checkin so we just walked in. He never gave us keys. We couldn’t leave house for 4-5 hours due to him not responding and. It Giving us keys to lock the house 2. A/C was broken and He wouldn’t reply for whole day and night. It was 80+ degrees and absolute torture for us to stay there. 3. He’s showing up unannounced whenever he wants and creeping around (he lives exactly next door, there’s NO FENCE BETWEEN HOUSES) 4. He knocked few times on windows and scared my wife and kid creeping in and watching. Absolutely weird and uncomfortable 5. Dust and spider webs EVERYWHERE 6. Windows don’t close all the way and don’t lock 7. There’s NO MOSQUITO screens either so we were eaten by mosquitos 8. He walked in with his shoes on when it was raining outside so brought mud inside while we stayed there “to inspect A/C” (but didn’t fix it just made house dirty)

Benny is very kind and responsive. He’s always around making sure everything is fine. Will visit again.

Benny was awesome! thank you for sharing your place with us. we had a great time with the family! I will definitely recommend anyone to consider this as a top option. the neighborhood is beautiful, the house is clean and spacious, and the backyard is huge and green. I really enjoyed morning walks and bonfires in the evening ! will be back forsure.
