As soon as you walk inside the kitchen, you have custom Jenn-Air Appliances, a new Samsung Refrigerator, and a 36"induction cook-top. You also have a custom 8 person quartz waterfall island in kitchen. You also have a beautiful fireplace that was custom built in the family room. As far as the bathrooms, you have beautiful high end tile and finishings in every bathroom (4 full bathrooms). Every bathroom also has LED mirrors that light up with the push of a button. You have shower jets that give you a massage in one of the bathrooms, you have a soaking black tub in the master bathroom, and the other 2 bathrooms have rainfall shower heads. Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. In the event the incidental fee is not paid for, we will not provide a check in code to you. The cleaning staff has a very tight schedule as we manage 19 properties. They charge us a fee if you are not ready within 15 minutes of your check out time. If they have to wait for 15 minutes or longer, we will charge the guest double the late check out price, it is a $400 fee. If you are not ready within 4 hours of your check out time, you will be charged twice the daily rate for the property. This could also result in a possible suspension from Airbnb. Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes up to 3 full days to warm the 20,000 gallon pool. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation. This fee is non- refundable, so please only pay for it if you are sure you need the pool to be heated. We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 20,000 gallons of water for the property owner.
