Ginny's place was exactly as described. It was roomy and spotless. Check-in was simple. My son and grandson enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking in the lake while I floated around and my DIL swam. The location was perfect for these activities as there was virtually no boat traffic. We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina for an afternoon, spent a full day in Georgia at the Coca-Cola museum and Georgia Aquarium and took another afternoon trip to Macon and visited the Allman Brothers museum. Evenings were spent enjoying family time on the dock and playing in the game room. Like many teens these days my 13 year old grandson normally spends a great deal of his time in his room playing Xbox. While he brought his Xbox with him, he never took it out of his carrying case. There was an Xbox in the game room, but he didn't play it, preferring instead to spend time with family enjoying what Ginny's place offered. That, in itself, was an accomplishment.

This is the second time we have stayed at Ginny's place, that's how great it is. It has a fantastic 2 story dock on deep water in a private cove. Everything you could possibly need is provided. My kids really enjoyed the game room and kayaks. Ginny is extremely quick with responses and a wonderful host.

Game room was awesome. Loved the outdoor decks overlooking the water. One note- to access the bunk bed room, you have to walk through the master bedroom.

The lake house is awesome. Location is great, and the house is well equipped. The host communicated in a timely manner and even called to be sure we had everything we needed once we checked in. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and so much fun with the game room. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Everything was very clean, well stocked and well communicated. We would love to stay again!
