Perfection. Such a beautiful home, really well presented, in a fantastic location - so close to all the walks and amenities of Bakewell. Ideal having such generous parking space in such close proximity to the town. We enjoyed 3 nights at Benjamin’s home as a family reunion of our Aussie/British contingent, including an 18 month old, and it perfectly catered for our large group and littl’n. We loved the 2 entrances to the kitchen, and 2 living room spaces, so it never felt like our large group were in each other’s way. Ben was also super helpful and responsive. We’d love to return one day. Couldn’t have wished for more!

Good house for a group. Warm and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms but note none en suite . We never ran out of hot water. Location central to many places to visit and out door activities . There are 2 separate living rooms. We were a relatively small group so only used one, I can imagine very useful if you wanted to have different activities going on . Large table in the dining room for everyone to sit round together . Ben was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions

We stayed at Ben’s amazing and beautiful air b n b home and loved it! We had 10 adults, 3 infants and a dog and the house was the perfect size for us all. We had enough lounge space for the children to play in and for the other adults to relax in. The dinning space was perfect and the kitchen was well organised and spacious for everyone. All the bedrooms catered for all adults to have a double bed per couple and enough showers on all levels for us to get ready and for the children to have a fun bath time! The location was perfect for the children to go to the park which was 5 mins away, 5 min walk in to Bakewell town centre, 20 min walk to Thornbridge brewery, 10 min drive to Chatsworth house and 6 min drive to an Aldi for food as well as many restaurants nearby and pubs! Ben has literally thought of everything! We managed to fit 3 large cars on the drive, for the other 2 cars we managed to find on street parking which was a 5 min walk away from the house.

We had a great weekend at Lynwood, a party of 8 adults, 10 month old little one & a dog, celebrating my 70th Birthday. The house is spacious, warm & comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean & the beds were very comfy. Plenty of toiletries & household products generously supplied. We had a murder mystery party one evening which was great fun & we used a caterer as a special treat. The location in a quiet private road is perfect for walking into Bakewell. Ben is a great host & supplied lots of helpful information.
