This was our second time to visit Maria's place. The house was organized and clean. Everything listed was accurate and complete. The house was located in a peaceful and gated compound. Great location. It was accessible to the places that we planned to visit. Check-in and out was very easy. Host is responsive and accommodating. All details were provided and communicated to us prior to check-in. We will definitely be back again.

It's an easy 5-star for me. My team got to relax after a long event. It was serene partnered with a cold tagaytay climate. Not so much road noise even if it was on a roadside. Inside, it was very relaxing. All the stuff we needed were there. So we only have to bring food and drinks. There were 7 of us.

What I love most about Ms. Pilar's place is that it is gated, and at night, there is a security that mans the neighborhood. The place is well kept and cozy and VERY near to restaurants such as Balay Dako and Starbucks. However, the internet is slow even though it is 5G. and the smart TV can't load netflix/youtube, maybe because of the internet connection. But I didn't mind it much since we were outside most of the time. Would definitely go back/rent this place again whenever we are in Tagaytay.
