We were cautious about booking this place based on the poor reviews but we were desperate to find a large enough place to accomodate our group. Pros: Sameera, the host was in fact easy and pleasant to deal with. Cons: 1. The house is set on a beautiful location but it is very poorly maintained 2. There was rubbish left in the kitchen (half opened pack of chips under the kitchen bench) 3. The general cleanliness of the beautiful house is very poor. Either the cleaner needs to up their game or the house is not cleaned regularly (the grout/tiles in the bathrooms are filthy) 4. Absolutely ridiculous but the following basic amenities were not provided by the host: - no towels provided - no linen provided (was told it would $30 extra per person for this provision) - no basic salt/pepper/oil was provided (there are basic items in most air bnbs) - no spare toilet paper/garbage bags - no mats anywhere! Unfortunately we will never again book this property; we expected a little more for the $

Great place with beautiful ocean views. Host is responsive and friendly. Guests need to be advised that they need to provide their own toilet paper and tissue boxes so don’t need to rush out midnight to get them.
