Джулиана прекрасная и очень отзывчивая хозяйка. Дом находится в замечательном тихом районе, недалеко от моря и Рима. Он окружен великолепными римскими соснами и аллеями для прогулок, по которым очень приятно прогуливаться и дышат воздухом наполненным запахом хвои и розмарина. Дом оборудован всей необходимой техникой и очень функциональный. Особенно терраса снаружи, которая очень светлая и солнечная, с еще одной кухней, большим столом, диванами и еще одним большим телевизором. Здесь мы с радостью проводили большую часть времени. Дом окружен замечательным садом и еще несколькими местами для отдыха и обеда, а также барбекю и джакузи. Магазины, кафе и общественный транспорт в пешей доступности. Через дорогу есть фермерский рынок и детская площадка с аттракционами. Пребывание здесь оставляет неизгладимое впечатление после которого не захочется уезжать. Отдельное огромное спасибо Джулиане за помощь во всех вопросах даже не касающихся проживания здесь, благодарим ее за внимание и доброту.

I stayed in this flat for 30 days in Autumn 2022. There are a few pros and cons with the space, which I have detailed below in bullet point format: Pros • Friendly and responsible host. Offered to drive us to the beach so we could avoid taking the bus, as long as we provided a fair 1-day notice. • Good internet ~70mbps with only one 2 minute drop-out in the month I stayed there • There is a desk and other tables to work from • Close to the sea and the old harbour through in Ostia • Large space; it should allow for the accommodation of large groups (based solely on the 1 bed and 2 sofa beds) • Nice outside area with plenty of different seats • 3 TVs in bedroom, living room and gazebo. • All kitchen, bathroom amenities with dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee maker Cons • The desk is not comfortable to work from for extended periods of time • A lack of mosquito nets on windows meant that the only way to ventilate stale air was to risk arm and leg annihilation by those tiny suckers. And there were plenty swarming around just outside the entrance when we were there through October. • The fan over the stove does not work, which means no ventilation when cooking unless you open the door and risk letting mosquitoes in. It seems to be poorly wired, because when we accidentally slightly bumped into the adjacent low hanging kitchen light, sparks were seen and heard where it connects to the ceiling, and this seemed to temporarily grant the fan power. This feels potentially dangerous. • There was nothing like a Chromecast or Fire tv stick in any of the TV's, so you have to watch Italian television instead of casting your own content. • The kettle leaked bits into the water, so it was unusable. • There are three vacuums in the Airbnb, only one of which is usable. One was broken and the other was missing a nozzle. • Part of the advertised space (the room with the big, white sofa) was in a gazebo solely covered by glass, making it an oven to stay in during the day. This effectively halved the usable space for a big chunk of the time. • The jacuzzi was not usable because of a leakage • Buses in area do not follow the time table very closely - even when they do - there are sometimes large gaps in departures. • The path from the buses was not the safest, sporadically having side walks and otherwise requiring you to walk on the road. Depending on the bus you took you might also have to cross a big highway with a traffic light that could leave you waiting for minutes before crossing amid rather zealous drivers who don't always mind the road too attentively. • A couple of loud dog was about once a day barking for minutes on end in the main residence, which could be heard through the walls into the Airbnb space. • The shower head hangs loose as the holder has been repaired with duckt tape. This means it's difficult to direct the water without holding it. • The house all around the Airbnb as well as the garden was under construction, which made it difficult to walk to the outer gate, as well as quite busy and loud during the days. • The toilet seat is loose. • The key to the outer gate was bent, so it always felt at risk of breaking when operating. Things we should have considered (and therefore not cons, but things to keep in mind) • The location is quite far away from central Rome both time-wise and in terms of changes (you need one bus and one metro which take between 1h - 1h 45m depending on when the bus arrives).
