When it comes to the house, we offer a couple of things in order for your stay to be a better one. Next we will give a full description of those things available that you won't have to carry for your trip. We provided fresh linens in all bedrooms and bath and beach towels. KITCHEN: 4 burners cooktop, full size fridge, utensils, paper towel, handy wipe, a sponge and dish liquid. (first aid kit and fire extinguisher are found here) BATHROOM : shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hairdryer. (we will provide a travel size tooth paste and 1 tooth brush in case someone forgets theirs) BEDROOM # 1 : Queen size bed, TV, closet with hangers, (beach chairs and beach cooler are found here), drawer and night table. BEDROOM # 2: King size bed, closet with hangers, (more beach chairs and a beach umbrella are found here, a steamer is available for your convenience as well), drawer with mirror and night table. BEDROOM # 3: Bunk beds (top bed: twin size and bottom bed: full size). A laundry closet is located in this bedroom washer, dryer and cleaning tools are here. LIVING ROOM : TV and table games are here. POOL AREA :Here you will find Seats, a Hose, BBQ grill (we will provide utensils and a lighter to turn it on and cleaning products to clean it out). A lot of Fun and Relaxation are found Here! :) POOL HEATER ADICIONAL $30 daily fee In reservations of 2 or 3 nights must pay for the length of the stay. In longer stays you can choose the days you will want the pool heated, must inform at least 24hrs before, minimum of 2 days for heating service. Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided, please clean and leave the BBQ in the same condition you found it. You will be charged a BBQ cleaning fee of $40.00 if you fail to leave it clean. No exceptionsj. WE REALLY APRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION LAUNDRY : Laundry Detergent is Not provided, cleaning supplies stored in this closet are for staff use only. Washer and Dryer are always available for your convenience.
