Joyce is a wonderful host, she is proactive, very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate me on short notice.
Exactly what we needed for our New Years in Houston. The off street parking was perfect! Lots of dogs barking in the neighborhood if you don’t like that plus we could hear airplanes overhead. None of this was an issue for us. Has a washer and dryer and a kitchen if needed. Definitely great for 2 adults.
If we had any questions Joyce responded immediately ! The studio was as described and the walking trails right by the house were so perfect for walking our dog .
