Couldn’t ask for a better host. When we arrived, I asked a couple of questions about how to use the would pellet grill since none of us (4 men) had ever used one before. Tim was helpful and forthcoming, and we did fine the first night. And then lo and behold the next day we had a brand new, very good gas grill to use! Only disappointment was partly our fault for choosing the place because we assumed a 60 year old man would be comfortable in a bunk bed. Which certainly was not the case. But one of the couches was a decent substitute. So all in all, an excellent stay except for the one bed.

The house is awesome! Great location. Everything you need. Super comfortable, even with a large group. Great way to enjoy the Green River!

This was the perfect spot for a group of 9 fisherman. Everything was as advertised and we felt that it was a good value.

I would absolutely stay at Tim’s place again. Great value and extremely comfortable. Very clean and we felt right at home.

Perfect location for a group of us on a fishing trip. Plenty of space, fully sticked kitchen. It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable.
