We really enjoyed our stay at Michele and Gordon’s home! A premier home automation and smart home experience, Comfortable, peaceful and walking distance to so much. We will definitely stay again!

This rental is stand-alone in the rear of their business property so it is very private and wonderfully quiet - very close to walking/hiking trails and excellent restaurants (we enjoyed La Pasteria and Ambrosia to name a few). It has a Control4 home automation system so many things can be controlled by wall buttons, remotes or “Josh”. There is an instruction manual to help get acquainted with the home and the owners are a text away. All major items are new and generally “smart” so you’d be hard pressed to find a better appointed rental. While they kindly allowed us an early check-in, there was a trade off with the rental needing some stocking up (fresh coffee, more laundry detergent and towels/washcloths). I would also say that they might want to replace a few low-value items but these are all easy refreshes and very minor compared to how stunning and feature-rich this proper is. Definitely the first place we would look to book in LG!

Another lovely week at our favorite AirBnB of all time. This visit included uncharacteristic extreme weather that caused widespread power outages including the surrounding neighborhood. We had battery backup thanks to Gordon and Michele so we never missed a beat. Thank you again for being fantastic hosts!

My stay was great! There is a lot of technology in the house but the host leaves instructions around on how to learn everything. Even on the last day of my week and a half-stay, I was still learning new things! The location is really safe, with plenty of people walking around, and pretty close to many restaurants within walking distance.
