Yes. The price is cheap and everything is as cheap. No soundproof wall for the division of one room with 2meter width and 3meter length each. The sound from the couple from the other room were undeniably making magic (Adult stuff). Thank God my son somehow managed to get little sleeps and dirt are also visible. The place is a YES to pets but a big NO for kids. The smell of linen, bed sheets and covers like it’s not regularly washed is very noticeable. MOSQUITOS. Wall stains. I just think the pallet house needs to be cleaned and truly sanitize. I hope this helps you. However, despite the reviews and comment. the caretaker was warm and welcoming.

The Host. She is very responsive. Thank you, Ma’am. The Place. The place is easy to find. It is super tidy and fragrant. The Caretaker. Always attends to your needs and questions. I felt safe because I am not from Iloilo, and I felt like I am just home because of how he treated me. He always makes sure to answer my questions especially when it comes to directions and what bus/jeep route/s to ride on. Overall, my entire stay in Iloilo was made extra exceptional because of it. I’ll come back again soon. THANK YOU!

Fan room with wifi connection. Hostel type place where you share bathroom and kitchen. Lots of lizards in the place. Clean despite size.
