The Once Upon a Time Cottage is a lovely, gracious old bungalow with high ceilings, lavish trim and large room sizes. It was a total treat to stay there! It has a nice fenced yard and 3 outdoor seating areas. The house is well equipped with everything you could need, from all the tools necessary to prepare a nice meal, to plenty of cozy bedding and board games. We felt right at home. And it’s in a great location for downtown dining and shopping.

I absolutely loved this little cottage. Served us great and I will say I felt it was under priced. But thanks so much 👏👏👏 I took my adult children here due to their father passing away on Wednesday, we were able to secure the place and get in about 2 hours later. A perfect fit for us

Sandra’s place was a wonderful place to stay for us over our weekend trip to Paducah! The beds are very very comfortable and the interior design is beautiful and makes you feel right at home! Sandra was very helpful and accommodating! Wonderful stay!

Loved the house - it was full of charm and had all we needed! The bonus room off the kitchen was perfect for our little ones to have a space of their own. We had an issue with the fridge not working while we were there but Sandra was very proactive in finding a solution for us and went out of her way to make sure it would be taken care of. You'll enjoy this place and couldn't ask for a better host!

Sandra was very helpful. Felt right at home. The one bath, located in master, was okay for 2 people but awkward having other guest using bathroom while I was sleeping.
