Easy to find , parking space and access to and from the garage was perfect. The view from the room was spectacular, although on a personal level rather high for us. It was on the 10th floor, but the building also had 6 floors for parking etc. so in fact it was 16 floors up. Not a problem for most people. The apartment was clean and well maintained with everything you might want. The bed was very comfortable with great quality bedding. We were required to leave a bond for damage and leaving the apartment dirty. A very comprehensive information booklet was in the apartment with details about the apartment and the local area, with advice on restaurants, places to see etc. The building is on the edge of Benidorm, with quite a steep slope from the town, may be a struggle for people with restricted mobility. We both had a great time here and none of these comments are negative from us, it’s to help others who may be considering this apartment.

Es war super schön und recht zentral. Olga ist sehr lieb. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, um zum Flughafen zu kommen aber es hat sich gelohnt.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped, check in and check out very easy and host very quick at coming back with any queries. Was good to be away from the noise and huddle and bustle but the steep hill back from main strip wouldn’t be possible for those with mobility issues.

Place left spotless no damage , told damage deposit would be returned by end of day in an email now saying we didn't pay one! Taking it up with credit card company
