This location is in a private community with it's own security guard. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach access is only steps away from property with miles of beach to walk in either direction. This home is older, as well as the others in this neighborhood. All homes in this area are jn need of repair or updating. They are directly affected by the ocean winds and storm. Otherwise this site has most things you need to just relax for a short stay. All shopping needs and resturants are only a short car ride away. Downtown Rosarito about 10 mins away. Google maps is about 3 properties off. There was only one property with readable number #30 on this block. This location is the 3rd property to the right from entry road. We arrived late and the outside lights were out when we arrived. We made one call to the property manager and were able to turn the light back on when we made it inside. Property manager was responsive to our needs.

This was the perfect spot for me, my wife, and our dog Ben for a relaxing weekend in Rosarito! The house was easy to find in a very nice gated community and looked over a beautiful part of the beach with access just a few houses down. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was fully stocked with great lounge chairs on the patio, board games, coffee, and toiletries. The check in and check out process couldn't have been simpler. We really enjoyed our time and look forward to going back!

My wife and I had a short stay here, but I can honestly say this is one of our favorite Airbnbs we have stayed at. The space feels very private, but also safe. The home is located in an enclosed community of what mostly seem to be vacation homes / cabins, with a guard at the entry gate. The pictures don’t really do it justice. They have a sun room that looks like it was an addition to the home, and the way that it opens up to the back patio & ocean is stunning. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
