There is a private decking area where you can look forward to enjoying the morning sunshine with your coffee and breakfast, surrounded by sub-tropical plants. In the evenings, when you aren’t enjoying one of Newquay’s many fine restaurants, there is an elevated BBQ area with an integrated gas BBQ and view over the beautiful surrounding countryside and river Gannel. The living room has duel aspect windows with views over the front and back gardens and in the evening, turns into a cosy space for you to relax in. There is a woodburner (with the flu running all the way up into the main bedroom) and smart TV, with comfortable sofas so that all of your family can sit together.
