We initially rented for 3 months while repairs were being done to our home. We ended up staying for 8 months due to issues with the repairs. Allen and his team were very accommodating, allowing us to continue our stay. They were always available for anything we needed. The location is perfection, quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are welcoming. We will definitely recommend to friends and family when needing a great place to stay.

We had a nice time at this home! Spacious, clean, and close to a lot of beautiful hikes and lake views. Allen was an excellent host, very kind and accommodating. Everything was as it was pictured in the listing. I especially loved all of the outdoor seating options, we spent a lot of out time on the wraparound porch in this quiet neighborhood. Thanks for providing a great place to stay, Allen!

Convenience to the lake was great. This property is a good choice for pets. Communication was excellent.

This place is perfect for a large group that are looking to share a house not far from the local lake. As it was, it was just me and my husband, so we didn't really need all that space, but it seemed like one of the better local alternatives as we were in town for a wedding. Check in was easy, the outside spaces are nice, wifi fast, but the interior, while clean was a little worn down (missing bannisters, overhead light out in upstairs bathroom, closet in master bedroom filled with chairs and other supplies). I couldn't get the light fixture in the living room to turn on, and in the kitchen there was no sponge to wash dishes with. I contacted the host about getting a sponge, and he said he'd send someone over, but it never showed up. I think for most people, they're really there for the great outdoors, and the things I notice most likely wouldn't be an issue for them, but when I reflect on the nightly rate, I guess I expected it to be a bit more polished that it was.
