Nicholas was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Even allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. Would definitely book his home again. The backyard/pool was “just what the doctor ordered”.

The house has a great layout and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were a good size and the master bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The backyard was amazing. The pool was pristine and the fountain was very nice. There was a small patch of grass for our dog that was really nice. The garage was really nice, especially on the hot days. The stuff in the kitchen was adequate for cooking. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The only complaint I have about the house is that the carpeting needs to be replaced. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Nicholas was very responsive when we had questions and was there if we needed anything. If you have a dog there is a brand new Camp Bow Wow on Union Hills that is fabulous. We took our dog while golfing and she had a great time. The owner David is amazing.

Our stay was mainly to spend time with family in the area. The house was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood and was easy to get in and out of. Freeway accessible and plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The weather didn’t permit us to enjoy the outside as much as would have liked to but made up for it with a day at a local park. Would recommend staying there if you need a quiet getaway. Host was very helpful with recommendations. He was also great at communicating in a good timely manner

My family and friends rented this house to attend Arizona Bike week. The location is perfect between west world, the airport, and cave creek. Weather was too chilly to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Plenty of room in the house and is decorated with simplicity. Carpets could use a good cleaning, some fun kid drawings on the wall, some dust/pet dander, need more pillows/blankets, the couch in the downstairs room doesn’t pull out, and the washing machine has a smell to it but doesn’t transfer to your clothes. I say these things so the people that expect perfection are aware. I also struggled to get in the door cause the Yale lock needed batteries but I was able to use the garage door just fine and preferred this anyway. I would gladly stay here again and these things just reminded me of home. We truly had a great stay and hit the nearby Costco for anything additional we wanted. Thanks for a great place to stay and the use of the garage was a great bonus for our Harley’s!

The house needed a good cleaning when we arrived, new vacuum and we collected 2+ containers, most of what looked like dog hair! This house really needs some TLC! Drawers in the kitchen as well as in the Master Bathroom fall out if opened too much! Staying for an Extended time I feel the need for more coffee cups, 5 just didn't cut it! We did get reimbursed for purchasing glassware for the kitchen (can't do drinks with plastic cups) and filling the outside Fire Pit with Propane. There was a BBQ grill but for this type of house I would expect a Gas Grill! Plastic hangars, who uses those wire things anymore? Most importantly, Pillows! Very limited!!
