I stayed here for over two weeks, and enjoyed my stay. The flat is in a very peaceful area surrounded by trees, yet also a few minutes by bike from central Panjim as well as the seaside and highway. The kitchen is superbly well stocked with even mixer-grinder and drip coffee machine, pressure cooker and plenty of utensils. Hosts are very responsive and when we faced a few problems these were resolved immediately. A few things to keep in mind is that the place is not suitable for parties or big gatherings since it’s in a quiet neighbourhood; the flat is a bit old so some issues will be there more like a typical home than a fancy airbnb; the living room area gets a lot of sunlight and isn’t airconditioned so it gets hot; and it’s on a hilltop so though close to central Panjim it’s not practically walkable. All in all I would recommend it and will stay here if I visit Panjim again.

This apartment is wonderful. It's very large and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and a bath tub, which was so nice. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to town (a bit uphill, it's good for you :D) and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to jogger's park. Great balcony, AC in the bedrooms work well. The water was hot and the wifi was strong. The apartment manager was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place! I would live here forever if I could.

Нам все в целом понравилось, так как мы большие поклонники жилья европейского типа, любим и ценим хорошую акустику, своды и антиквариат, возможность курить кубинские сигары в помещении и наличие ванны (даже если не пользуемся). Однако, есть несколько важных нюансов, о которых нужно знать иностранцам перед заселением в данные апартаменты. Панаджи (Panjim) - это не туристический район! Здесь, конкретно в этой локации, у вас возникнут проблемы с такси, с мобильной связью, с покупками продуктов, доставкой еды. Необходимо позаботиться заранее о приобретении местной сим-карты Airtel. Без местной сим-карты, которая начинается на +91 не работает ни одно местное приложение, учтите это. Расположение апартаментов довольно сильно отличается от указанного. Дом находится на возвышенности, рядом воинская часть, отсутствуют магазины и рестораны. В вечернее время суток опасайтесь бродячих собак, обязательно носите с собой палку. По возможности арендуйте транспорт, тут есть парковка. Всем удачи!

Great space, good location if you're looking for a private place. Celiz drops the exact pin with location right after you book. You will need a vehicle to get around to places in Panaji and rest of Goa. The housekeeper was also very nice and helpful. While we received the house in a clean condition, I do believe that a cleaning person every 2-3 days is necessary - this is something that can be improved upon. We look forward to rebooking if we're ever in Goa!

The apartment is located in a beautiful area of Panjim with lots of old trees, wide roads, government houses, and thankfully, no groups of tourists! There are hardly any people on the road but it feels very safe. It's a walk up to the second floor. The apartment was spacious, and clean and Rosette, our co-host was very helpful and responsive. It's a nice walk down the hill to Panjim if you don't have transport, and one can take an auto from the base to return. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
