Great place to stay especially if you’re in Dallas for business. Definitely in GSA rate for business travelers. Quiet, respectful residents, easy parking, access to the freeway, and clean and comfortable. Easy check in/out and great communication. Beautiful condo and a few places to grab food nearby after the work day!

A great and clean place to stay! Easy Check in and check out. Would recommend to others as location is good. Is a walkable distance for older children and adults to restaurants and shops.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Amenities were a great, with gym and dog park. Grey location, walking distance to legacy hall. We would stay again.

This one bedroom apartment is located in a really modern and fun building, next to lots of stores, food, shopping and highway for easy transportation. The apartment was clean, well decorated, nicely arranged, and exactly as described in the listing. We did have a little bit of trouble getting access to the building upon arrival, but the host was immediately reachable and came right out to meet us, helped us and our luggage into the building, and took extra care to make sure we had what we needed! The futon pulls out into a nice little bed which was perfect for our 12 yr old to sleep on. They provided extra sheets and pillows for us. We enjoyed having access to the gym and pool. Do be aware that the pool seems to keep late hours for guests and residents, so there may be some noise if people are down there later at night. But, it was still wonderful to have a great view of the pool and the cabanas! There is a secure parking garage that guests will get access to but there is a bit of walking involved between finding a parking spot, getting to the apartment, then navigating through the building to get down to pool area. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind if you are a traveler with any physical challenges. There are a lot of shops, stores, food, and activities in the immediate area so plenty to keep you busy and entertained. Kitchen was well organized with basic needs and it was nice having access to a washer/dryer that already came with detergent. All in all, we had a lovely experience! We were impressed by the hosts communication and responsiveness and will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!!
