We had a wonderful stay at Julieta’s for 4 nights. Julieta was so responsive and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store and you’re only two blocks from the ocean! The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to come home to AC and also relax in the pool. We would love to stay at Julieta’s the next time we’re in Cozumel!

My wife and I stayed for 30 days in this great apartment. Julietta and her Mom & Dad were great hosts for our stay and their communication was on point. The location is great and is super close to two grocery stores, all of the restaurants in town, and very close to the sea. So much so that we walked everywhere and had very little need for taxis. The apartment and property felt very safe and the pool was great. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the AC & fan kept us cool throughout our visit. We had everything needed to cook meals and if we didn't want to cook, we just walked down the street to any one of the many restaurant options that were available nearby. I'll add that the neighbors in the apartment next door were amazing. Very warm, welcoming, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked the apartment for next year.

The Studio was exactly what you see in the ad. Julieta and her Parents we Wonderful Hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again next trip!

Great area, clean, and close to the local stores and restaurants. It’s a quiet place. Julieta was great in communicating with us. The pools to the place.

Excellent place to stay in a very quiet area of town easy to walk to stores and restaurants. When looking at places to stay and you see this one available book it right away you will not be disappointed. This is by far the best airbnb I have stayed at on the island
