We really enjoyed our short stay here. I would say the check in process was quite complicated - locating the key safe room, then find the keys, find the right entrance and eventually the flat! And trying to find the surf storage which couldn’t have been further from the apartment was a challenge! The pre arrival instructions were complex and it was a shame that we needed to book literally everything from a slot in the pool to the EV charging point. And everything was booked - but quite often there was no one in the pool when the booking system showed it was full. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great for the beach. Fab restaurant attached to the building, great Thai food.
The apartments are in a fantastic location for the beach and other amenities. The car park was easily accessible. The actual apartment was a great size, with all of the necessary equipment. It would comfortably fit a family or group of 4. The downside was that there was no one from Byron around much - we saw one person when we had booked into the pool. For a luxury serviced apartment, I would have expected someone visible in the early evening. The whole complex felt slightly empty. I was also disappointed that we had to book the pool at 45 min slots. Completely understand that this was down to Covid but the pool was fairly empty at times and had been an initial selling point for us
