A two bedroom apartment with all amenities and clean environment giving one a feel of being in home stay environment with excellent support for any issue faced. Next to biodiversity park... if you like to walk or run... it the right place. All the best.

This is an apartment in one of the older buildings of Salt Lake. While the location was convenient for the purpose with which we booked, flat has that old, musty feel and a lack of sunlight, which is somewhat unappealing. The worst part was the opening of old, rusty locks (not 1 but 3 - main gate, collapsible and apartment door), 2 of which are locked by 10 pm-ish. Really struggled with the locks every time. Kitchen was well-stocked with required utensils. Housekeeper comes to clean daily. There is no caretaker as such, host is the only point of contact. Overall, a decent place if your budget is constrained and you don’t plan on spending time indoors.

It is recommended to upgrade the kitchenette. Needs to be maintained for hygiene and cleanliness specially kitchen equipment (microwave, toaster) Need to provide appropriate utensils for making tea or small snacks.

Pros: Nice location, property on the main road, hustling-bustling place, big enough space to accommodate 6-7 people comfortably. Cons: Old property inside out. Don't mistake old for vintage. Host mentions the property to be 'stylish' in the title, which is misleading according to me. Amenities are old and worn out. I was welcomed by the sight of a broken kitchen cabinet hanging there loaded with utensils. Host was duly informed about it. Also, triple bolt lock which is a common thing, was missing on the main door. Even a flimsy latch in the middle of the door was not working,the host were informed about it. Bathrooms were clean but had old fixtures. Bathtub had green algae on the edges with an old big broom standing along with it. All in all, not a pleasant site. PS me and my family left the property in a couple of hours due to a change of plans. We never asked for a refund from the host and never had an argument and neither did the host ask again. Although they were informed.
