Although this is a very new home and is spacious, it does not advertise that you pay per guest and not for the home as advertised as a 5 bedroom. One bedroom was locked because we only added 4 guests. Just a heads up. Also, there is very few amenities. No coffee tables in the living room, few utensils and kitchen items like bowls and plates, etc.. There are Bell TV boxes in each room, however they are not serviced. Also, the place needed a big cleaning. Lots of dirt and marks on all the walls. Place has such potential to be a large welcoming space.

Benjamin was responsive to a couple issues that came up at check-in. He offered resolution quickly.

There was no toiletries, hand soaps, or garbages in all bathrooms Did not know there would be another gentlemen staying there with our group that we did not know. Zero amenities.
