Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located in northern McAllen. Walking distance to a local park. 10 minutes away from Hospital DHR 15 minute drive to UTRGV. Includes washer& dryer fast wifi & many streaming channels.10-15 minutes away from the convention center, La Plaza Mall. Target, shopping center , largest one story library, Whataburger, H‑E‑B, and Starbucks 5-8 minutes away. Home includes large private backyard that is fully fenced in for pets.

Rigoberto’s place is even nicer in person, and it was nice to have a fenced in back yard for our small dogs. The place is spacious, clean, and has an extra half bath that comes in handy when you have a full house. The open floor plan flows from room to room, and the high ceilings make the home feel even bigger. Rigoberto was an amazing host and quick to respond. The added bonus: the flexible check in and check out!

Needs some upgrades and updates. Shower and water pressure are great. Beds are very uncomfortable and sheets are worn need to be replaced. Great location. Lawn needed to be mowed.

Quite neighborhood with little to no traffic.

出行信息

Walking distance to local park, and tacos are around the corner. 6-7 minute drive to HEB, Target, and many other stores at Trenton Crossings. 10 minute drive to local Art Museum, and the largest one story library in the United States. Transit transportation on 29th street which is walking distance, same street has a bike lane that one can travel to the Convention Center. Other attraction would be Nuevo Progresso a safe place for tourist in Mexico is 45 minutes away. National Butterfly center is a 30 minute drive. Sal del Rey park in about 30 minute drive. 15 minute drive to University Texas of the Rio Grande.
