It was a decent apartment. The host was responsive, it was a little difficult to find the place but easy to get in once found. It is the small things that caused a lower star rating. For example, I asked for 2 guests and when we arrived there was 1 knife. Again, I had a little accident and broke one of my tiny snow globes while packing on my final day, I informed her for the safety of herself or the cleaning staff. I picked up as much of the glass and mopped up the liquid as best I could, and would have cleaned it up thoroughly but after 6 days, 2 people staying there, the 1 roll of toilet paper left for use was done. No extras. There were cameras everywhere outside and I felt safe. Everywhere else in the apartment was clean and the beds were well made. The switches for the different appliances were labeled. There was a grocery and food stores right downstairs and across the street.

The landlord responds to messages promptly and is very nice. Thanks to the landlord, I've had a delightful and warm four days here. This place excels in its heating system, providing excellent warmth, which is crucial given the dreadful damp and cold weather in the UK. The central heating operates efficiently. Unlike most European places, this accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, which is fantastic. Additionally, having a washer-dryer combo is excellent. Coming from Canada to the UK, I realized that most UK homes only have washing machines, lacking dryers. Oh, the damp and cold climate here definitely calls for a dryer.

I was booked at the last minute, and Hong confirmed right after I booked, so unlink to other listings, we don't need to be frustrated with the status of confirmation. Hong’s listing is very close to LHR airport. There are several small stores like Tesco Express. The property was quite big, and the bedroom was good for two people without any issues. The property has laundry and dryer, so you don't need to worry about the clothing issue but don't forget to bring your detergent. Self-check-in / out is very good for people who book at the last minute or arrive late. Oh, don't forget to bring your own shampoo, body wash and face wash. If you forget, you can get them from the Tesco Express, just 1 min walk. If you are looking for an apartment close to LHR airport, and with a kitchen, huge bedroom, and living room, Hong’s property is a good option for you. The internet was very good, we were able to do online meetings, and coding without any issues!!!
