Loved Alicia’s place for a quick weekend stay. Check in was super easy, and the beds and amenities were everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Alicia’s place for the future!

Copy and paste this message. Alicia’s place was wonderful. We truly enjoyed staying here for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house was decorated so nicely, and very spacious to accommodate our needs. The location and parking was great. There are stores and shopping centers 10-15 minutes down the street. The beautiful kitchen and living room space connected was the best part of the house for my family to socialize and relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very spacious. We will definitely stay here again! I Highly recommend Alicia’s place. Exceeded my expectations. This place was overpriced for neighborhood & amenities. No washer dryer, no vacuum cleaner, no dishwasher soap, no table for family to sit at, 4th room had futon that was for a toddler and we needed it for a 6ft 3in man! Hammock was in a small screened in porch, so small you could not walk in or around it….lighting in master was not enough to even see to trim goatee…. For $1500+ 4 nights-overpriced, for $1700 we could have booked 3 king suites at double tree—-wish we would have. However, if you don’t mind all that hostess was super sweet, let us pay $75 for early check in!!

As my first time traveling to Baltimore for a friends wedding reception, the ladies that I travelled with along with myself were excited to visit and explore a new city and still find some time to relax in a cozy home. Fortunately, we were able to accomplish 1/3 of that. See below: - The location is in a neighborhood and it’s a bit of a distance from downtown and other tourist areas. Additionally, this add isn’t conveniently located to eateries within walking distance. - Be aware if you’re planning to Lyft or Uber from this location to main attractions or local eateries, on average it took about 8-20 minutes for this transportation to arrive. Would be best to have a rental car. - The photos of the main floor are accurate and the space is cozy and accommodating. With that being said, the 2nd floor accommodations are plain. There are no curtains in the additional bedrooms which means a lot of light comes in through the windows, especially during the early morning hours. Also, there’s not cozy feeling whatsoever. There are beds and lighting and that’s it. - Though the towels were plentiful, I would recommend replacing them as they shed a lot - One of the “House Rules” was to keep the thermostat above 73 but the air ventilation was minimal, especially upstairs so the house gets extremely warm which made it uncomfortable at times especially while sleeping. - it was mentioned in the description that there was minimal hot water, but the water tank did not heat up that much which made it uncomfortable to take a shower (was a bit cold) in the upstairs bathroom shower. - House was a bit noisy and you could hear every little creak, water running through the pipes, outside noises, etc. There was a backyard party going on during one of the nights we stayed and we could hear every song and tribute as if we were at the actual party even though we were in the living room. This was also concerning as the city ordinance requires quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am. This party ended closer to midnight. To round out this review, there were some positives: - Host (Alicia) was very communicative and eager to accommodate requests and solve issues that arose. - Toiletries and other small essential items were readily available. - Home was clean upon arrival. - Check-in/check-out process was easy and straightforward.
