The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Were prompt with answers anytime we had a question. Sylvia's Room was perfect for us. The beach was great and so were the lounge chairs. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property and well maintained, best beach on St. Croix and friendly staff. Best place to stay in STX in my opinion. Would be great if they offered certain goods for purchase like bottled water, snacks and soft drinks but with the kitchenettes, you can purchase your own at the nearby stores.

Great beachfront property. Cute cottage. Plenty of beach amenities to facilitate your beach experience. Would stay again when visiting STX.

Staying at Paul's place is as close to staying in paradise as it gets. It's not necessarily the accommodations or amenities, although certainly clean, comfortable and well appointed (I chose to stay in a room verses a cottage, and Paul has made the absolute best use of the space available), but the location and people. Your "front yard" is the crystal clear Caribbean, complete with a sandy white beach that expands for what seems like miles. You can walk forever, very possibly without seeing another person. You can snorkel just outside your door. Did I mention the sunsets? St Croix is an amazing island for those looking for peaceful quiet and beauty, and Paul's place is a great place to call home for a few days...
