Wow! What a beautiful condo! It was renovated very well! Bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains, sitting by the fire in the living room, and playing games at the dining table. We are family of 5 and had plenty of room! Michael is a great host. He answered all of our questions, and was very informative and responsive. Beaver Run is an awesome resort with multiple hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, arcade, mini golf, a Starbucks, ice cream shop, and more. This location is top notch being right on peak 9! We had the best time! I highly recommend this condo!

Wow! As a family of four (4 and 6.5 year olds), this unit was absolutely perfect. Being on Peak 9 at Beaver Run Resort had so many great amenities and activities including a terrific ski school. We loved staying here, from the beautiful views, comfortable beds and thoughtful bath amenities, terrific furnishings, kitchen cookware, and a wood burning fireplace which was perfect when we received 9” of snow! Also a huge benefit to stay onsite, ski in and out, made for easy, no stress mornings with the complimentary ski locker! We are already planning our next trip to Breckenridge and can’t wait to stay here again. A fun, memorable Spring break was had and we are grateful for the proactive communication from Michael!

We come to Breckenridge often and have stayed at many places. This was my family’s favorite. My kids (10 and 12) loved the arcade and billiards table and we enjoyed walking to dinner every night. Michael’s place is on the top floor and waking up to the beautiful mountain view was peaceful. The condo was perfect and spotless. We really enjoyed our time and stay!

This was the best weekend stay for a family of two with two toddlers! The chateau is so beautiful decorated with amazing Mountain View’s. The beds were so comfortable! The area with the pool, hot tubs and arcade was perfect for our little runs to play and run around. The shuttle and the walk to town is so convenient!!! Heads up for parents of little ones- there’s a lot for toddlers to get into. My one year old immediately loved climbing up and down the long staircase - which she loved!! But if you’re the type to baby proof everything, this may not be the place for you. Already looking forward to this getaway next year!!!!
