We had a wonderful stay at Tuấn's property. The location is close to everything, from short walk to CatCat Village to ticketing office for Phang Xi Pang. There is no shortage of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The balcony view of CatCat Village and cloud covered mountain tops seems like a painting. Tuấn is super helpful in giving us suggestions of what/where to spend our 3 days in Sapa.

It only takes two minutes to get to the sun plaza. There is a convenience store nearby. The boss and his family is very generous. We reach Sapa at 5am and check in timing is 11am .He helps us take care of our luggage before check in .We are also allowed to check out late and take a shower before we leave . It's as comfortable as being in your own home. My family is very satisfied. Will come again next time if I come to Sapa again . 👍🏻

Tuan is helpful. He assisted us with the Sleeping Bus and transfer to his hotel and vice versa. The hotel has no lift and he assisted us with the luggage to the 4th floor. The room come with the balcony with nice view. The Travel Agency is just next to the hotel. We booked out day tour from there.
