This villa has a great location. The sunrises are spectacular from the 5th floor balcony. The living room TV is very bad and should be replaced. Jim did not answer questions that I sent him on the Airbnb app, but he quickly responded to phone messages that I left regarding the gate passes and the door code that didn't work initially. It would be nice to have some information about the villa like the trash chute being near the elevator. There were several hand written notes that should have been in a better place.

The condo has a beautiful view. Nicely decorated. Great place except the Master bathroom is in need of serious upgrading. The countertop needs replaced, faucet is corroding, shower seal needs to be replaced to prevent the water from going out onto the floor and bathroom lightning is dull.

Great building and location. Instructions easy to follow. Direct access to pool and beach.

A nice place to stay with a great view. Needs some changes to be more welcoming and considerate of guest needs/inquiries.

Great location! lovely view overlooking the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Had an awesome time!
