The village of LOKKA, where the apartment is located, is in the heart of the traditional Finnish SOMPIO. LOKKA lake is nearby, and the monument of the famous Sami painter Alariesto Galleria stands in the center of the village. There are many reindeer farms around, so maybe the reindeer will walk past your window.

By car: From Rovaniemi via Sodankylä to the apartment about 2.5 hours drive. To get to Ivalo, you need to pass Sodankylä in winter, and there is a path along the lake in summer, which can save about 100 kilometers.
Public transportation: There are many buses from Rovaniemi to Sodankylä from 8：00-21：00, and there is a door-to-door bus from the apartment to Sodankylä (once a week，every Tuesday，6 euro per person)
