Great cozy home that was perfect for our family. Within walking distance to the ski lifts and shops at the base of the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Stay at the river run lodge was not as we expected. our first booking was in a room with 1 bedroom and two other hideaway beds. upon arrival, there was a massive puddle of water near the patio door which was perfusely leaking. while waiting to be changed to a different unit, we noticed the unit was very dirty. stains on the walls, food crumbs under the bed, etc. we were finally moved to another unit which was a 2 bedroom (so an upgrade for inconvenience...we thought). well turns out the second unit we were moved to was above the parking garage and there was this loud constant noise and vibration throughout the whole unit. aside from that, this unit was just as dirty as the other unit. stains on walls and carpet, food crumbs under the ottoman and couch. dirty dishes with crusted stuff just put back in the cabinet! this management company needs to get their cleaning crew up to par as well as maintenance taking care of leaks and non functioning equipment.

Stayed here for a couples ski trip on our first trip to Keystone. Great location, very walkable to slopes and to River Run. Also right on the bike path for running or walking. Only issue we had was the wall heat not working well. They did immediately come out to look at it, but it didn’t really work well through the trip. Not to worry, the gas fireplace kept us plenty warm despite this. For those traveling with a group, parking is a little bit of a pain. We just parked in the gondola lot and paid the overnight fee, as free lot was a bit down the road. Not a big hassle but worth at least having a plan if bringing more than two cars. Laundry is very reasonable; you don’t have to bring a week’s worth of ski clothes!!! Overall, very much as billed and an absolutely solid place for a ski trip. Would rent again AND use SkyRun company again.
