Everything you need is there amazing views comfortable mattress didn't use hot tub but it looked clean and ready for use. Kyle was very responsive had a chirping smoke detector when we arrived he had someone over to fix it in about 30 min of contacting him

Can’t say a single bad thing about Kyle or his place. He was able to answer questions within the hour. The one time I didn’t have my phone on me and he tried to get a hold of me he didn’t get upset and was understanding about it. Lastly, his house is extremely peaceful, exactly like the photos, and if you are an early bird the balcony up top is a great view to take in the morning sunrise. Perfect trip in every way. Thanks Kyle.

Kyle was helpful and understanding. However, what could be improved is having adequate parking for guest. Only two cars can fit in front of driveway. Host DOES NOT allow access to garage which is disappointing because there is practically no parking for any additional guest. Additionally, bathroom amenities could be improved. I.E. shampoo soap, tissue etc. Overall, the home is nice and describe as noted.
