Great place, large and convenient. Centrally located. Irshad is great, very responsive. Will make this my place whenever I visit again.

The apt is on the third floor, which made it very breezy and generally cool. It's not air conditioned but there are fans and the night are cool. the ceilings are high and the trusses are gorgous its very classic architecture. The place is a bit used, so it could do with a bit of a facelift, some paint and varnish would very much elevate the appearance of the apt but its very homey. the kitchen is big and has a lot of accessories and appliances. Pots and pans, so it was easy to buy groceries and cook. The location is great. there are a few well known food joints within walking distance and a small chinese grocery on the same street. there are 3 taxi hubs on both ends of the street. so it is easy to call a taxi to the house (highly recommend double d taxi service). Amazonia mall and Massy grocery are a 5 min taxi drive away ($500gyd). There were 2 instances where the water was gone. but irshaad rectified it within a few hours. Overall it was a good experience and I would use this place again.
