From the moment we showed up, Ching was always available to help with anything we needed. We had a large party of 12 people and Ching booked, canceled, and confirmed every excursion whether, it was a fishing trip, trip Phi Phi, or even an appointment to the doctors clinic. Her recommendations were always spot on, and her responses were always swift. The staff was also exceptional, respectful, and helpful.
