Overall decent stay. Great location, walkable to many restaurants which is a huge plus! House could use some updating, the beds are comfortable but sit low to the floor, could make it tough for older individuals. Cleanliness was good as well. Some minor things left behind from previous guest. The home is cute, great location and a good place to sleep.

The place was nicely decorated and spacious and there was plenty to do in within walking distance. The hosts sent communications leading up to check in with all the necessary info and check in and check out were seamless. Great stay!

Wow, what a great property. First, the property was clean, as advertised, with beautiful décor, and the porch was outstanding with the firepit and hot tub. The property is also a lot bigger in person. It was centrally located and easy to get to anywhere in Louisville - downtown, airport, fairgrounds, etc. The neighborhood was peaceful, we slept great, and David & Amy were very proactive with communications and helping us out. I highly recommend.

Overall great stay! Right in downtown Louisville, we were never more than a 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do while we visited.
