Amber's place was better than expected. The house was large and well-stocked with supplies, kitchenware, towels, sheets, pillows, blankets and laundry products. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. You get use of the heated community pool and typically have it to yourself. There are large LCD TV's in the bedrooms and Family room with more programmimg than you'll ever need. There's a small private porch area with a huge barbeque grill and table and chairs. Amber is super quick to respond to messages and immediately addresses any issues or questions. I strongly recommend Amber's place

You can’t go wrong with this property. My wife and I stayed for two months and found it completely furnished with everything. Beds and furniture comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need for home cooking. Grill on patio worked great and easy to start. Quiet, friendly neighborhood close to everything. Off street parking. We were completely happy with this arrangement and would highly recommend it and Amber, our host.

Great host with super quick response time. Few things in the house needed some maintenance, like the toilet in the first floor not flushing well. I am pretty sure Amber will take care of it if you ask to fix it, but I didn’t bother. Good place to stay for the price.

very convenient very communicative the property is not really pet friendly as animals need to stay outside, which is not reasonable during a Vegas summer
