My experience with this Airbnb place was quite disappointing. After the host confirmed my booking, he informed me that the room I booked was unavailable, which was frustrating. I asked him to cancel but he refused and offered me a smaller and cheaper room instead. I don’t have any choice but to agree with the offer. He then informed me that there’s a party on the same day of our booking. When we arrived late at 7pm, we are anticipating we can use the pool but we were informed we cannot use the pool during the party and that we have to wait until 10pm to use it. Past 10 pm and the party continues with loud music. We decided to go back to our room to just rest but we can’t sleep because of the loud music ended until past 12midnight. I asked the host for 50% refund which is reasonable because we can’t use the amenities and for the inconvenience we experience. He agreed but only give me 30%. During check out, the host didn’t even apologize for what happened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The host is very responsive and considerate. Everything I asked he answered promptly and all the request was granted. The room is good for family, indeed a spacious room. I just expect that the place is a secluded place like only checked in guests are in the place. Because I am really looking for a peaceful place where we can relax. But as we arrived, there were lots of guest who are in day tour so there are so many people using the pool like it’s very crowded. (Maybe because it is holiday which is peak season) So the owner suggested us to just use the pool after the day tour guests left so we can enjoy swimming. But all in all our stay is great and smooth transaction with the host. Thank you for accommodating us!

I enjoyed the listing a lot. The staffs are accommodating, the place is very clean, the place is very relaxing. Affordable, and people in listing are friendly. I'll definitely recommend the place, and planning to book again.
