There is a lot of good things about this property however the management and sei also did not get a towel curity are lacking Entrance is by a side door which is neve locked -meaning the house is open to passers by ,I also did not get a towel when I mentioned this to Ani she apologized and said the cleaner must not have left one out she would order one it turned out later she meant that Amazon would deliver it!! New towels if not washed first can irritate however that was irrelevant as I had no way of knowing her intentions about method of delivery the 3 branch light fitting at the top of the stairs was not working and when my light in the room expired leaving the upstairs in total darkness I abandoned the room a day early to be fair I didn't inform Ani about the light in my room going out expecting the cleaner to deliver the towel to have a spare however the 3 branch fitting over the stairs were all not working and that likely did not happen all at once I hate writing poor reviews and would not if I had anything like a reasonable response from Ani

I booked very last minute, so ended up staying in a different room, but Ani was very welcoming and the room and house are very tidy and clean. Location is nice and quiet. She was also super responsive and helpful with any messages I sent :)
