clean and comfortable

The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel and our room were very clean and cozy. We all got great sleep on their comfortable beds and sofa. The room was a tad bit small for 5 but we managed just fine. We also enjoyed the hot temperature of the shower and the water pressure (there is often very low water pressure at hotels in the USA). Shared washer and dryer was convenient and cheap. Because the building itself does not have too many units, I didn’t have to fight with many othe hotel patrons to use the washer and dryer). We appreciated the free luggage self-storage option. Loved the location—near a 7/11 and small grocery stores, and even a Michelin-rated ramen shop. We were close enough to walk to lots of shopping and a few of Kyoto’s main attractions. We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Kyoto.

Our stay, for a family of 4, was very comfortable. Spacious for 4 people. Loved the proximity to Pontocho, Kiyomizu-dera etc. Pharmacy, Family Mart, Grocery store we all close enough, as was a taxi stand. The only not so great thing esp when you have large luggage is proxomity to Kyoto Station. Would go back without hesitation or recommending to others.

Great location, about 15mins walk to nishiki market.. room is pretty spacious and as depicted in photos. Also, it has all of the amenities listed. Check-in was fast and easy. Would def recommend this place to others.
