Terence’s home was perfect! Steps away from the beach, an amazing deck and backyard to enjoy. This place is a gem! Terence was easy to communicate with and replied promptly. Had such a great time here!
We really enjoyed our stay at Terrence’s beach house on Easter weekend! We did Easter with our family in Strathmere so the location was amazing for us! Just steps from the beach and It had everything we needed! Terrence was an incredible host: flexible with timing, quick to respond and just overall awesome! Loved the decor of the place too!
Super cozy place, steps from the beach with a great deck, backyard, front porch. Can’t wait to come back!!

Cute, homey cottage with easy access to the beach. Nice yard. Terrence was available and kind. And the weather was great too!

I'm probably one of the most fun people in the States, well at least in the Mid-Atlantic Region. I am a single father with five young boys that make a lot of ruckus, throw things, laugh out loud over making loud bodily noises, fight a lot, stick their tongue out at each other and that's just inside the grocery store. So if I'm traveling most likely they're in the kennel or with their mom, and if you're staying at my house, let me know if you find a few bucks laying around...those little punks are always jacking money from my wallet.
