The property is great—very clean, spacious, and has a superb view, plus it's very close to the beach. However, the cleaning fee of €80 is excessive, especially for a one-night stay. This discouraged us from doing additional cleaning before checking out. As we arrived late (after midnight), the early check-out time of 10 AM was inconvenient, particularly for a relaxing weekend getaway at the beach. We hadn't checked that before booking, assuming it would be around 12 PM as is more typical. Nonetheless, the host extended our check-out by 30 minutes, which was much appreciated. Future guests should take note of the check-out time and cleaning fees when booking to avoid any surprises.

Really beautiful apartment in a perfect location, central to everywhere we wanted to visit especially the beach, Plopsaland and a pleasant drive to Ypres. Easy parking, lots of places to eat and shop. Will definitely book again. Many thanks.

Im großen und ganzen waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden für einen Kurztrip. Auch die Kommunikation und eigenständiger Check-In war einwandfrei. Der Blick aus den Fenstern konnte definitiv punkten sowie die Lage, der Strand war keine 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Was nicht so super war ist der nicht vorhandene Aufzug denn die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock - war in unserem Fall ziemlich ungünstig. Einen Abzugspunkt gibt es noch für die selbstständige Müllentsorgung am Ende - die Reinigungsgebühr Betrug knapp 80 € und sollte m.E. die Entsorgung abdecken. Der Ort De Panne ist schön ruhig, wer hier Action sucht zu einer etwas kühleren Jahreszeit wird hier nicht fündig.

Second time in De Panne. Been once in summer and now in February both times so beautiful. The beach amazing any time of year. This place is just as photos show. Beautiful, cleaned, everything you need. The beds are so comfy and amazing, best sleep. Literally haven’t got anything bad to say. Host amazing, helpful, respond real quick when I needed something. Flexible if needed extra days, checking in and out. We are group 2 adults and 2 children (4&5age.) and 100% enough space for all of us. The view out of windows beautiful. Sunrise in mornings, beautiful. Just in hole a lovely home, felt like home. 100% will return at some point in future. Highly recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you for having us.

We had an excellent family Xmas in De Panne and enjoyed our stay in Sooi's comfortable, clean and well located apartment. Please note that free parking is only available at specific times or a 20 minutes walk away.
