This property is definitely ran by a corporate host, due to not knowing what is going on within the property. The property is in fairly poor shape and hasn’t been refreshed for many years as from the review in March 23 we found the same with many light fixture knobs are missing,the kitchen utensils were not great. The dishwasher didn’t work knife the brass kitchen fixtures are all stained and dirty, etc. stair carpet was coming away in places, extension lead across the lounge area for the lamp, light bulbs missing and lamps that didn’t work. The host will try and charge you for things so be very careful, the toilet seat in the top bath was loose but not broken, they now want to charge us £168 for a new toilet seat that we didn’t break. So if you decided to rent this property make sure you take loads of photos or even a video as I sure wish we did. This property is still as bad as the review the year before. My advice would be to try somewhere else.

We had a great time staying here! Convenient location in a quiet street. Spacious apartment for a family or group of friends travelling to London. Would be happy to stay here again!
