The house and pool are very new and beautiful. The location is good, but the view is ok. While the playroom with all of the fun games/equipment was terrific, and pool was perfectly heated, the house should have been better equipped at this price point. The kitchen had limited utensils and some items did not work (some burners and warming oven did not work). There should be a more comprehensive set of utensils. The grill was not maintained, did not have a brush and did not maintain a consistent temperature. The bedrooms facing the ocean did not have blinds so you woke up with the sunrise, and the master bathroom also did not have blinds so you had zero privacy. We were told it was reflective glass, but I could see through at night and during day. The host (a company) was terrific, very nice and pleasant to work with, however, there was no welcome kit so we had to wait until next day to get the wifi password. Beautiful home that deserves a lot more at this price point. Easy fix!

It was a great location. Highly recommend the golf cart. It was great they added a fence around the pool. The beer fridges and ice maker in the game room were nice touches!
