Our stay at the Grand Contento was great. As mentioned in previous reviews, the space is very large and perfectly accommodated our party of 16. There were 8 kids (all under 9 years old) who loved the outdoor space because they were able to ride bikes, scooters, and play freely. For the most part, everything was amazing with very minor issues. The carpet had a lot of stains, refrigerator was leaking upon check in, and office monitor was cracked/broken. Additionally, we received a noise complaint at 7pm on our 1st day triggering a reminder of the quiet hours from 9pm-8am. Since it WAS NOT quiet hours, we did not feel it was warranted. All issues were discussed with the property manager with prompt responses. Overall, we would stay here again.

It was a beautiful property, very spacious. We went for a wedding and the family stayed here together and it was lovely. The staff were always available and accommodating. The amenities were great, the guest house made for a great hand out spot and even the movie theatre. The only down side would be the corner bathroom on the bottom floor near the laundry room and that’s just because the water pressure to shower and wash hands was very very low. Everything else was great

House was a good size in good location but beyond that this was a mess The hot tub did not work and there was no warning about that before - in fact the listing stated there was one including pictures and they only updated the listing after we complained. We specifically picked this house in the winter because of the hot tub The dishwasher constantly malfunctioned and one of the queen beds was actually a full. The house also had weird stains in many different places on the carpet

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The spacious and impeccably clean house exceeded my expectations. The pool table added a fun touch, and the home theatre made for great entertainment. The size of the house was impressive, providing ample room for relaxation. A perfect getaway with excellent amenities! All the kids had the best time and adults had a great time too.
