Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The facilities was fantastic, they were very responsive. My family enjoyed the house it was big and spacious. However we were not a fan of the pea gravel parking pad. We came down on motorcycles for thunder beach and the parking pad is not motorcycle friendly. It's only a suggestion add that fact to the ad as a heads up for anyone wanting to rent with motorcycles. Other than that we really enjoyed your property.
House was exactly what we needed and only steps from the beach!
This place was right on the beach and super nice . Only thing is we paid a pretty penny for the weekend and upon arrival the main bed upstairs wasn’t made up at all and had hair in it . The manager stated that she would get someone there but it may take a day so “I’ll have to sleep somewhere else” I texted Panhandle and they handled it for me and got sheets brought to the house and new bed spread . Only thing is I had to make it myself but was told it’s because nobody was home which I understand for sure . The shower wouldn’t turn off in one of the bathrooms and they responded quickly and got it fixed for us . I would recommend this place for sure just would like them to be a little more on top of everything such as missing a bed and stuff like that . The 3 sets of washer and dryer and kitchens was perfect ! Other than that the place was great and they responded quickly and handled all complaints. 4 out of 5 stars
The home we stayed at was amazing! Literally 30 second walk to the beach and short Uber ride to restaurants and downtown PCB!
The home was perfect for our group. Having multiple kitchens helped but it would have been better if each kitchen would have been stocked with the basics . We had trouble checking in and getting access to codes for doors (multiple entrances and they all had different codes)but received rapid response to assist us. Tub missing in master but not that much of an inconvenience. Bathroom were stocked well with towels/tissue/ etc. Excellent access to beach. Would definitely rent again.
