It’s hard to describe how wonderful this place was, but we highly recommend staying here. It’s actually better than described. And to top it off, the pizza place on the corner (with a pool table) was a true delight and a great way to end our long day of travel.

This place was an awesome find. It was a convenient, quiet place for a good night’s rest. The location is serene and there is plenty of parking spots available. Even though I got there slightly later than expected, Jean was very accommodating, and the self check in process was very straightforward. If I’m ever in the area, would definitely stay here

Absolutely adorable! The books throughout the room was a great touch as was the tea, coffee, and coco. Jean was very responsive and very flexible with an unexpected delay. We would stay there again!

We highly recommend this apartment. Likes: 1. We love the concept of supporting a library while staying in a wonderful apartment for a reasonable price. 2. The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, cozy, and a perfect size for two people. It is located in a very secure, newly renovated, and quiet building. There is a paved parking lot. Jean provides welcome treats and the basic amenities required for a short stay. 3. The town of Unity is charming. There is a lovely river walk/hike around the corner from the apartment that we would recommend. Things to consider: 1. The apartment is near a main road with car/truck traffic throughout the day/night. The noise is not excessive but we noticed the noise. 2. Unity is about 20 mins off the I95 highway. However, the trip to the town and apartment was worth the drive, compared to staying in a stuffy (and more expensive) hotel closer to the I95. 3. The apartment does not have a TV, requiring steaming services.
